Our Approach to Delivery

At Sophia Maison, each piece is made with care and intention. Rather than holding large quantities of stock, we work on a made-to-order basis, allowing us to reduce waste, support thoughtful production, and focus on quality over speed.

Production & Dispatch Time

Once your order is placed, your garment enters production. Please allow up to 14 days for your piece to be carefully made, prepared, and dispatched.

This timeframe includes:

• Garment construction

• Finishing and quality checks

• Packing and handover to our courier partner

We believe that pieces made slowly are pieces meant to last.

Shipping & Delivery

After dispatch, delivery times will vary depending on your location and courier service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shared once your order has been shipped.

You will receive a notification when your order is on its way.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Should this happen, we will always communicate openly and keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
